Little League Special Board & Membership Mtg - 2/19/24

You are invited to the January La Grande Little League Board Meeting and Special Business meeting on February 24, 2024 at 6PM at the Anderson Perry Meeting room. The meeting room is located at 409 N Fir Street, La Grande, OR 97850. Your La Grande Little League Board, with the help of several parent volunteers, has been working on revising and enhancing our organizations Constitution and Bylaws. The updated governance documents will be reviewed and voted on at the February special meeting. Please come, attend and participate in your local La Grande Little League

A crucial agenda item is the updated LGLL Constitution. This updated document is a key governance piece for how the organization operates and is being presented to the regular members for their approval. A special committee of the board and regular members have been working on updating both the Constitution and Bylaws for the past few months. The Constitution is ready to be presented for a vote.
